We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our rapidly growing team.

Your role as a Senior Product Manager at TikTak

  • Develop strategies, business plans, product vision, and roadmaps aligned with business goals for all digital initiatives.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from end users to providers.
  • Oversee continuous development of existing systems and deployment of new products and features.
  • Coordinate projects by analyzing requirements, managing end-to-end processes, developing action plans, and ensuring stakeholder adherence and deadlines.
  • Create functional requirement specifications.
  • Apply knowledge in benchmark research, UX / UI design, technical design, and product execution.
  • Design and coordinate user acceptance tests.
  • Stay updated on technological developments in car-sharing and sharing sectors and implement necessary improvements.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or MIS.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ proven experience in product management, business analysis, and project management.
  • Ability to define and communicate product vision and strategy.
  • Experience managing product development through all lifecycle phases.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms, software, AI, and data-driven projects.
  • Research skills and willingness to learn Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and adopt its mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills to coach teams and resolve conflicts.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
