What you’ll do
- Define and execute process management strategy and governance aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead complex, cross-functional process improvement programs and manage governance frameworks.
- Build and develop a high-performing process management team.
- Serve as a senior advisor to leadership on process optimization and operational excellence.
- Monitor global best practices and implement innovative solutions.
- Ensure process KPIs and business outcomes are achieved and sustained.
- Drive cultural shift to become a process oriented organization.

Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.10+ years of experience in process management and leadership roles.Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.Expertise in process frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM) and digital process automation.Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, people management and change management skills.Fluent English both in writing and speaking to sustain periodical update meetings with Vodafone Group.
