Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented TechOps Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth technical operations, effective communication between teams, and maintaining the security of our internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue Investigation and Reporting :
Investigate, assess, and report technical issues raised by Customer Support and other departments to the development teams.
Handle the company’s internal accesses and security, including managing Email 2FA, Tailscale VPN, and password systems.
Assist with a variety of operational tasks such as QA support for post-release activities, domain whitelisting, and promotion abuse detection.
