• Manage accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, payroll, cost accounting, and commissions,
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow),
• Prepare and maintain day-to-day cash flow analysis and planning,
• Supervise accounting team in preparing journal entries, reconciliations, accruals,
• Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal reporting tools,
• Ensure high-quality documentation, accuracy, and timeliness of management reporting packs for internal and external stakeholders,
• Design, implement, and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies in compliance with local GAAP and IFRS,
• Oversee compliance with tax legislation and regulatory reporting requirements,
• Support statutory audits, group audits, and internal audit processes,
• Supervise tax declarations in line with local and international requirements,
• Optimize accounting processes through ERP system ensuring data integrity and system-driven workflows,
• Collaborate on future finance automation and system improvement projects,
• Manage investment and public funding incentive processes,
• Manage intercompany & transfer pricing activities,
• Coordinate the work of the Board of Directors and the General Meeting.
