Description
We are seeking a Foreign Trade Operations Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and supporting client inquiries, ensuring smooth transactions, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trade regulations and customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Communicate with clients and internal partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide trade-related support, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on trade regulations, tariffs, and market trends to provide accurate information.
- Assist in preparing trade reports, analyzing data, and identifying process improvements.
- Collaborate with related teams to ensure trade activities comply with company policies and international laws.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Experience in trade servicesStrong knowledge of foreign trade regulations.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trade-related software.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in EnglishEducation :
