Role Overview :

Key Accounts Sales Management team focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, driving business growth through strategic planning, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. This role involves a mix of face-to-face selling of products, services and / or solutions, client retention strategies, and expansion initiatives across multiple lines of business.

What You'll Do :

  • Develop medium to long-term sales plans and strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the company’s relationship with key accounts.
  • Efficiently manage all customer-related processes, leveraging internal and external resources to enhance service quality.
  • Represent the company by fostering strong communication with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs.
  • Identify decision-makers and influencers within client organizations, strengthening relationships with existing customers—especially at the C-level.
  • Engage with current customers to evaluate cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
  • Regularly prospect the market to acquire new clients within the assigned area.
  • Coordinate with the Global Key Account team to monitor global tender processes and maintain alignment.
  • Negotiate and finalize trade terms, annual agreements, and execution plans while ensuring compliance with contract terms
  • Participate in networking events with high-level decision-makers to expand business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and tailor solutions to meet customer requirements, contributing to overall organizational growth.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to measuring and improving key account satisfaction, while enhancing the company’s brand image.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on initiatives designed to strengthen customer loyalty.

What Skills Do You Have :

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant areas,
  • Solid key account sales management experience
  • Ability to work across departmental boundaries to resolve issues
  • Ability to achieve goals while overcoming obstacles and / or planning for contingencies
  • Effectively and proactively communicate with customers and build a trusted advisor relationship
  • Committed to delivering results in a fast paced, demanding work environment
  • Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing and speaking)
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills with clients of top management level
  • Active driver (B License)
