Dein Profil :

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrjährige erfolgreiche Sales-Erfahrung, idealerweise auch im Vertrieb
  • Du bist empathisch, teamfähig, kommunikations- und konfliktfähig.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch gute analytische Fähigkeiten, Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 Level) und bist sehr sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen PC Anwendungen.

    • Deine Aufgaben :

  • Die Zielerreichung der Sales-Anforderungen am Standort liegt in deiner Verantwortung.
  • Das Umsetzen der Sales-Strategie / -Konzepte am Standort ist deine Stärke.
  • Die Analyse der Erfolgsfaktoren liegt dir im Blut und du erkennst die Sales potenziale in den einzelnen Teams.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit WFM und Quali zum Sicherstellen und Nachhalten der operativen Sales-Prozesse.
  • Du vermittelst Produktänderungen und Aktionsinfos, planst Incentives inkl. Erfolgsmessung und führst sie auch durch.
