What we are expecting from you : Plan, set up, and manage promotional and seasonal campaigns in alignment with business goals Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, content, CRM, performance marketing, and IT to ensure smooth execution of campaigns Ensure timely communication and alignment with all relevant stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle Monitor campaign performance and landing pages on a daily basis, proactively identifying any issues or opportunities for improvement Analyze campaign results and prepare insightful reports with actionable recommendations Localize and translate campaign content where necessary to ensure relevance across different regions and languages Manage campaign listings and implement visual / content updates on landing pages Conduct regular competitor and market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and new campaign opportunities   What we are looking for : A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Analytics, Communication, or related fields Minimum 2 years of hands-on campaign management experience in e-commerce platforms (marketplaces or brand-owned websites) Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel (pivot tables, data filtering, etc.) Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments Previous experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role is a strong advantage Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus #LI-hybrid​​​​​​​   Powered by JazzHR
