Campaigns are critical to our strategy, consuming a large portion of our budget. Each market requires a tailored approach, from campaign design to vendor collaboration. The Marketing Senior Specialist will lead the strategy for each country, working closely with local teams to align on execution. Additionally, performance tracking is essential to adapt and optimize the campaign in real-time for better results.
- Campaign Strategy Development : Design and implement market-specific campaign strategies to drive MAU growth and increase platform orders. Develop regional campaign frameworks and ensure alignment with local teams for consistent execution.
- Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize campaign performance in real-time, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximum ROI. Conduct data-driven analysis to improve campaign structures and vendor performance.
- Vendor and Budget Management : Build strategic frameworks for vendor selection. Provide guidance and monitoring for the allocation and utilization of budgets, ensuring spending aligns with business priorities and growth objectives.
- Annual Calendar Planning : Develop guidelines for market level marketing calendars. Collaborate with local marketing teams to create and manage a regional annual campaign calendar.
- Commercial Impact : Collaborate with commercial teams to support commercial VFD targets by leveraging marketing tools and visibility channels.
- Alignment with Local Marketing : Collaborate with local teams to ensure the proposed strategy fits local market needs and objectives. Align on key insights, recommendations, and campaign approach, considering feedback from both marketing and commercial perspectives.
- Monitor and Optimize : Continuously track the campaign’s performance, keeping an eye on key metrics like ROI, user engagement, budget utilization, and sales uplift. Adjust the campaign in real-time, optimizing discount depths, communication strategies, or budget allocation to maximize results
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in growth, campaign managementConfident working with data—comfortable analyzing performance, identifying trends, and turning insights into clear, actionable stepsExperience in Quick Commerce or E-commerce environments is a strong plusSkilled in transforming complex metrics into meaningful takeaways to optimize campaigns and drive resultsFamiliar with budget tracking, vendor coordination, and managing resources effectivelyStrong communicator in English with experience delivering insights to stakeholdersThrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments—adaptable, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
