Sales​

Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

As a Local Key Account Executive – Distributor Operations (Hygiene), you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and perfect in-store execution within Reckitt’s DBO business. You will be responsible for building strong partnerships with customers, supporting the achievement of sales, distribution, and visibility targets, while also ensuring Reckitt’s Essential Home portfolio is always present, available, and well-executed in the market.

This role offers the freedom to succeed and the opportunity to take ownership from day one. You will collaborate across teams to deliver strong commercial plans, lead trade activities, and uncover new growth opportunities. We are looking for a sales-driven, analytical, and entrepreneurial team member who is excited to grow and contribute to Reckitt’s success.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer-specific sales plans in line with targets to achieve revenue, distribution, and market share growth.
  • Drive the implementation of trade promotions, recommended pricing strategies, and new product launches, ensuring timely and effective rollouts
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with customers
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and respond proactively to challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution.

The experience we're looking for

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use sales data effectively.
  • Customer-focused and proactive problem solver.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Team player with strong collaboration abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
