JOB PURPOSE & PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The main responsibility for the role is to make regular visits to customers and hunt for potential customers.
80 of the role takes time outside of the company, hunting for new customers and improving relationships with existing ones.
Promoting self-service tools
Proactively encourage our ONE Care customers to make full use of the technical and self-service tools ONE offers. To do so you need to keep up to date on the latest development and implementation stages and make our valuable SME clients recognise the added value these tech enables will have for their business.
Contract Support
Responsible for contract related matters for regular / long term business. You provide ad hoc support and follow-up on / respond to Sales Leads if / when human intervention is required. As such you act as the escalation point on service
Account Plan
Take care of maintenance and monitoring of existing and about-to- expire contracts, always in line with ONE's growth / cargo / volume strategy as well as our overall commitments.
Digital adoption
Support ONE's digital transformation by utilising and promoting our e- commerce platform and our self-service tools as applicable and relevant to your tasks and responsibilities.
