Title : Industrial Formulators (IF) Sales and Market Development Manager - Emerging Markets

Location : Ataşehir

Qualifications

University Degree (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration or similar)
3 - 5 year experience in various Industrial Formulators Markets (textile, construction, emulsion polymerization, plastics and rubber etc.)
Experience in a business unit or market development and in project management
Strong in communication with openness, clarity, organizational awareness and empathy to achieve the desired results
Strong in taking ownership for results, overcome obstacles
Ability and willingness to work in multinational team and region
Fluent in English, other languages are an asset
Mobility for business travels within Emerging markets

Job Description

Responsibilities within Market Development role :

Develop new business opportunities based on the Industrial Formulators (IF) Strategy and Emerging Markets Roadmap

Review the IF Roadmap regularly, align results / measures with BU Business and Product Management

Stimulate and develop market intelligence (market / customers analysis, competitors) to pursue market growth.

Check regularly new industry trends in the countries and understand specific / new customer needs in Emerging Markets.

Share & promote new concepts / products to customers in Emerging Markets.

Lead / guide Emerging markets IF team in the implementation of the IF Roadmap

Manage overarching projects in the region

Stay in close contact with EUE Market Development Community by connecting / engaging the market developers, foster cross-country cluster collaboration and providing training / guidance if necessary.

Represent Emerging markets in Industry Working Groups

Share and exchange best practices within IF community.
