For Fater Turkey , we are looking for a well-rounded and entrepreneurial-minded HR Specialist to support management of people-related activities and topics for our plant in Gebze, which makes bleach and home cleaning products of the ACE brand and for our commercial Hub in Istanbul. The HR Specialist should manage all processes in Employee Life Cycle such as Recruitment, Performance Review, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Labor Law, and Admin fostering our People First strategy.
Key responsibilities :
- Local Process Coordination : Manage the entire HR lifecycle in accordance with head quarter guidelines and local regulations, including job descriptions, audits, interviews, offers, orientations, daily HR activities and administration, onboarding and exit interviews.
- Policy & Procedure Management : Ensure all HR policies and procedures are effectively tracked and applied, providing support to employees if needed.
- Employee Coaching & Consulting : Provide guidance on HR-related topics to foster a supportive work environment.
- Employee Relations & Communication : Support internal communication processes and foster positive employee relations.
- HR Projects & Improvements : Support various HR projects and improvement initiatives aligned with business needs, including employee surveys.
- Employee Experience & Employer Branding : Lead activities that enhance employee experience and strengthen our employer brand.
- Vendor Relations : Manage relationships with third-party providers to ensure seamless HR operations.
- HR Reporting : Prepare and maintain comprehensive HR reports receiving guidance from the local management and from the headquarter HR.
What we are looking for :
Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in HR, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial or Management Engineering, or related fields.Experience : Blue-collar employee management and union knowledge is a plus.Industry Experience : Preferably experienced in HR & Admin departments within production companies.Skills : Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills with a service-oriented mindset.Personal Attributes : Self-motivated, positive attitude, high energy, and strong cultural adaptability.Teamwork : Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.Language Skills : Proficiency in written and verbal business English.Technical Skills : Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
