Maintenance Engineer

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Ability to work independently, as well as in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

High social communication and persuasion skills dealing with our international partners.

Ability to motivate, manage and lead the maintenance team to achieve targets and goals.

Fluency in written and spoken English.

Outstanding computer skills (MS Office)

Must be curious, agile learner, passionate for leadership, high in personal & situational awareness and collaborative.

Willing to live in Bursa

Job Description :

Plan and coordinate the routine maintenance activities for the plant in the most efficient way.

To plan and coordinate service and maintenance activities for the machines in the most efficient way.

Anticipate and visualize the problems that could be happened in maintenance field.

Ensure proper maintained by way of scheduled preventive maintenance.

Prepare update maintenance programs and checklist for regular reporting.

Develop and implement maintenance standards and specifications.

Develop guidelines for maintenance processes.

Guide the maintenance team on task execution and troubleshoot on potential issues.

Work with both operation and environmental teams while monitoring the plant operation process to increase the maximum productivity and performance.
