We are looking for a Logistics Operations Assistant Specialist to join our team. The role will be based in Kocaeli / Türkiye .

Your Responsibilities :

Analysing existing business workflows.
Identifying bottlenecks and working on solutions.
Preparing Logistics Service KPI reports based on personnel, business units, customers, and suppliers.
Managing business processes with customers in alignment with company policies.
Supporting colleagues in the business processes of assigned customers, suppliers, and other clients.

Your Profile :

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering,

Advanced knowledge and experience in Excel Macros. Proficiency in VBA, Power BI, C#, or another programming language,

Internship and knowledge in logistics processes such as warehouse, storage, and transportation will be considered a preference,

Recent graduates to be trained or candidates with experience in logistics processes such as warehousing, storage, and transportation,

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish,

Have strong communication skills and problem solving skills,

Adapt to flexible working hours,
