Logistics Operations Assistant Specialist

We are looking for a Logistics Operations Assistant Specialist to join our team. The role will be based in Kocaeli / Türkiye .

Your Responsibilities :

• Analysing existing business workflows.
• Identifying bottlenecks and working on solutions.
• Preparing Logistics Service KPI reports based on personnel, business units, customers, and suppliers.
• Managing business processes with customers in alignment with company policies.
• Supporting colleagues in the business processes of assigned customers, suppliers, and other clients.
