Chinese Speaker Partner Development & Operations Specialist (Junior)

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Partner development & Operations Specialist to join our team. This position focuses on developing relationships with software partners and ensuring their seamless integration and operations. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, and Turkish. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements

Education :  Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Business Administration or Engineering).

Language Skills :  Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English. Proficiency in Turkish.

Skills and Abilities :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle complex issues and provide solutions.

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new environments.

Experience Requirements

Experience is not required, but relevant experience is a plus.

Work Requirements

On-site work is required, no remote work policy. (The office is located in Ümraniye, Istanbul, Turkey.)

Responsibilities

• Partner development :
• Identify and evaluate potential software partners in the Turkish market.
• Develop partners to join the Huawei Cloud ecosystem.
• Cooperate with internal teams to promote partner integration with Huawei Cloud, deepening both business and technical.
• Partner Operations :
• Responsible for the process of partners joining the Huawei Cloud ecosystem.
• Manage the progress of existing software partner projects, regularly outputting reports on partner progress.
• Address issues raised by partners and provide timely solutions.
• Facilitate partners' participation in market events, such as industry expos, Huawei-hosted events, etc.
• Plan and organize of partner conferences and developer competitions by Huawei Cloud.
