What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a Lead Engineer-R&D (Vibration & Acoustics) who will join our team at R&D Directorate .

• Understanding of noise generation in mechanical, aeroacoustical and electro-mechanical systems, including quantification and modification of the sound of motors, pumps, fans, etc.
• Performing root cause analysis of noise sources
• Performing acoustic testing, sound quality evaluation and sound design studies
• Creating detailed test plans and specifications
• Establishing experimental setup, executing experiments and data analysis
• Clearly communicating complex data to technical and non-technical team members
• Working with cross-functional teams on creative solutions to noise problems
• Leading and participating in R&D project for improving and developing new product

The position is located in Çayırova, İstanbul .
