About the Role :

We are looking for a German-speaking Virtual Recruitment Specialist to join our remote team in Turkey. The successful candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates virtually, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience.

Work Schedule :

Weekdays : Between 09 : 00 – 23 : 00 (Summer : until 22 : 00; Winter : until 23 : 00)

Summer Shift Options (Winter adds +1 hour) :

09 : 00 – 18 : 00

10 : 00 – 19 : 00

11 : 00 – 20 : 00

12 : 00 – 21 : 00

13 : 00 – 22 : 00

Split Shift : 09 : 00–13 : 00 / 18 : 00–23 : 00 (occurs once every 7–8 weeks). During split shift weeks, employees will have 2 days off, including one weekend day. Fixed split shifts may be possible with OPS approval.

Key Responsibilities :

Source, screen, and engage candidates in German for various roles.

Conduct virtual interviews and assessments.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Collaborate with internal teams to meet recruitment targets.

Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and status updates.

Requirements :

Fluency in German (spoken and written).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in recruitment, virtual recruitment, or HR-related roles preferred.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including occasional split shifts.

Compensation & Benefits :

Net Salary : 30,000 TL

Quality Bonus : Up to 20% of net salary (valid until end of 2025)

Pluxee Card : 4,500 TL allowance

Private Health Insurance : Provided via Mapfre for the employee only
