Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, high-quality game presentations as the companys on-screen representative
Maintain a polished, professional appearance in line with brand standards
Showcase exceptional presenting skills while engaging and entertaining players
Remain focused and aware of performance metrics to ensure quality and consistency
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to support the companys growth
Handle game-shuffling duties accurately and efficiently

Requirements

Fluent Turkish speaker (C2 level), with excellent verbal and written communication

Strong on-camera presence with enthusiastic, outgoing energy

Ability to maintain high performance during long or animated sessions

Flexible and able to work rotating 24 / 7 shifts (including nights and weekends)

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Calm under pressure with excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills
