We are looking for Customer Support Agents (Russian-speaking) to join our partner's Customer Support team on behalf of our partners!
Your Role :
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate assistance in Russian through chats, emails and calls.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.
Requirements
Fluent in both Russian, advanced English.Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fast speed typing is a plus.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Confident PC user (aware of cookies / cashу and why / when should clean them).Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work in shifts - Morning, Afternoon, Night.
