As key positions for fund security, responsible for local payment operations and bills management in various ways, such as bill transfer and cash. Ensure payment accuracy, timeliness, and process compliance

Manage operation problems, report the found non-conformities and problems in time, and ensure the problem follow-up and closure.

Proactively monitor payment processes, identifying non-standard activity and escalating to management

Establish good relationship with banks and internal department to process payment better

Requirements

Fluent communication skill, who is able to multitask in a demanding and fast paced environment
Accurate, pro-active, able to work independently and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills
Proficient in written and spoken English
Basic Word and Excel skills
Careful and patient in work
