We want you to :

• Follow up improvement plans and performance results for chronic / basically quality / productivity impediments
• Support department performance index establishment / adjustment for performance management through company goals
• Monitor KPI's through operational metrics
• Leading 5S implementations (audit, patrol, result analysis, report preparation, system improvement, etc)
• Ensuring proper coordination and communication between various departments
