At least 1 year of experience in the live or online casino industry. Strong understanding of game procedures and operations. Proficient in PC operations and Microsoft Office applications. Experience in a supervisory or management role is beneficial. Familiarity with casino surveillance and control room operations is a plus. Knowledge of live casino technology or control room systems. A degree or advanced education in management, operations, or a related field. Position : Control Room Operator (Turkish)
Location : Belgrade, Serbia
Employment type : Full-time
Remuneration : 1,080.43 EUR (net)+ bonuses (including ongoing accommodation)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Monitor and verify all activities in the studio, ensuring they align with organizational standards for smooth operations.
- Respond promptly to table calls, quickly resolving issues to minimize gameplay disruptions.
- Ensure the companys game standards are consistently maintained during live sessions.
- Log and report any operational issues or discrepancies, maintaining accurate records for accountability.
- Provide support to CRO Specialists, Shift Managers, and team leaders in operational tasks to enhance efficiency.
- Stay informed about all procedures, rules, promotions, and game strategies to ensure compliance.
