Position : Control Room Operator (Turkish)

Location : Belgrade, Serbia

Employment type : Full-time

Remuneration : 1,080.43 EUR (net)+ bonuses (including ongoing accommodation)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Monitor and verify all activities in the studio, ensuring they align with organizational standards for smooth operations.
• Respond promptly to table calls, quickly resolving issues to minimize gameplay disruptions.
• Ensure the companys game standards are consistently maintained during live sessions.
• Log and report any operational issues or discrepancies, maintaining accurate records for accountability.
• Provide support to CRO Specialists, Shift Managers, and team leaders in operational tasks to enhance efficiency.
• Stay informed about all procedures, rules, promotions, and game strategies to ensure compliance.
