We are looking for a CRM Specialist for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing Growth department. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.

Requirements

What makes you special?

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• You have 2+ years of experience in CRM, Marketing, or Growth, ideally within an online marketplace or e-commerce environment.
• You are familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Insider, Braze, or similar) and managing communication channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages.
• You are proficient in MS Office Programs
• You have strong expertise in customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and ad-hoc CRM calendar management, with a focus on driving acquisition, retention, and churn win-back strategies.
• You are a proactive problem solver with strong analytical and communication skills.
