Executive Assistant

Description

• Provide administrative support to our executive, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling communications.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives.
• Assist in project management and follow up on deliverables.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion.
• Act as a liaison between our executive and other staff members or external partners.
• Support the executive in organizing supply chain operations and ensure timely execution of projects.
