At hubergroup, we are proud of our 260-year legacy as a global leader in the ink and specialty chemicals industry. Our Chemicals Division, operating independently from our printing inks business, is a rapidly growing business unit offering high-performance raw materials including UV-curable oligomers, acrylates (polyester, urethane, epoxy), modified rosin resins, pigment concentrates, polyurethanes, and monomers—serving industries such as coatings, inks, and adhesives.

We are expanding our presence in Türkiye and are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist who combines strong commercial skills with technical acumen and a customer-focused mindset. If you’re a self-motivated, results-oriented professional with experience in specialty chemicals, we look forward to meeting you.

  • Title : Technical Sales Specialist
  • Reports to : Country Sales and Marketing Director
  • Achieve defined sales targets within the assigned territory and customer portfolio
  • Proactively manage and regularly update the OPPL (Opportunity Pipeline Platform) for tracking leads and forecasting
  • Conduct regular visits to current and potential customers; manage follow-ups via CRM
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on cost structures and market conditions
  • Monitor competitive landscape and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
  • Submit reports : visit plans, sales forecasts, technical follow-ups, and quarterly reviews
  • Drive new business development activities in line with company targets
  • Coordinate with Finance for payment follow-up
  • Analyze customer needs and identify commercial opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to offer fast, tailored solutions
  • Represent hubergroup Chemicals at relevant trade shows and technical events

Technical Support

  • Report technical visit outcomes to global technical teams in English
  • Gather and share product performance feedback and market insights
  • Support trials and troubleshooting processes at customer sites
  • Stay up-to-date with portfolio knowledge and emerging technologies
  • Liaise with production, R&D, and technical teams for issue resolution and improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical and direct sales in the chemical industry
  • Hands-on experience with UV-curable oligomers, acrylates, resins, pigment preparations, polyurethanes, or related specialties
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a results-driven and customer-focused approach
  • High level of self-motivation, ownership, and planning discipline
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) – mandatory
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience essential, SAP is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly
  • Military service completed (for male candidates)
