Legal Counsel

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and high-performing Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team.

The ideal candidate is an experienced, solution-oriented, and analytical thinker who will play a key role in shaping our organization’s long-term strategy, supporting business growth, and effectively managing legal risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of complex commercial agreements , including software license, SaaS, MSA, partnership, vendor, and client contracts.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice to internal stakeholders on contract structuring, legal risks, and compliance matters.
• Support and advise on corporate governance processes , including drafting shareholder and board resolutions, maintaining corporate books, and managing legal entity documentation.
• Monitor and contribute to compliance programs in areas such as data protection , competition law , and AI governance .
• Collaborate with the product, finance, HR, and operations teams to ensure legal alignment across business processes and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in the development and continuous improvement of internal legal documentation, playbooks, and training materials.
• Contribute to or support M&A transactions , including legal due diligence, corporate structuring, and document review.
