We want you to :

• Carry out accessories, advertisement and incentive operation of aftersales,
• Responsible of developing and reporting of aftersales Sales programs, activities and campaigns throughout organization,
• Provide solution to Dealer and Customer  feedbacks and address these issues with responsible parties (Suppliers, Departments, Dealers),
• Participating in the creation of short- and long-term development plans and business activities,
• Preparation of weekly & monthly reports to management / tracking of dealer performance metrics and announcements,
• Supporting sales organization in driving after sales and services of respective products, providing relevant materials to them,
• Develop on time online and offline platform selling tools (Video, photo shooting, brochure or other),
• Carry out market research to ensure that our tools and branding are industry leading,
• Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings, Coordinate all Sales and marketing activities to generate leads,
• Optimize spare part price for maximum profitability and harmonize parts group profit ratio,
• Continuously monitor the market and products with regard to spare parts pricing.
