Job Description

• Warmly welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless and personalized guest experience.
• Handle guest luggage efficiently and securely, including delivery, storage, and collection.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and in-room features.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including airport transfers, valet parking, and car rental services.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints.
• Coordinate with the Concierge and Front Office teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Assist with the delivery of guest messages, parcels, and other requested items.
• Maintain awareness of daily hotel activities, VIP arrivals, and special guest requirements.
• Follow hotel standards, safety procedures, and luxury hospitality service guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
• Good command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented approach.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent grooming standards.
• Ability to deliver personalized service while maintaining high hospitality standards.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of Istanbul's attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is an advantage.
• Ability to handle guest luggage and perform physical tasks as required.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Valid driving license and active driving experience are preferred.
