Welcome to Bosch. *Job Description* * Implement a holistic PT Strategic initiative in the country toward retail partners in close cooperation with all HUB marketing functions and Sales. * Contribute to the steering of commercial targets (FC, TGS, margin, etc). * Optimization of product mix (standard, campaigns, promotion) in country. * Manage PROMO share and execute PROMO strategy (Price or Bundle pack) and integrate it holistically in the User journey. Key Activities : * Gains and provides user-& market- insights to the BO, SA and MK organization. * Lead and execute activities for the trade marketing touchpoints : POS, Instrore communication, Print, Events, e-dealer. * Launch management (MPE proofread, local SAP MasterData maintenance (pricing), steering, new product presentation. * Demand volume consolidation and contribution to S&OP sessions. * Responsible for the brand protection. *Qualifications* * Strong capability in developing and executing strategic plans. * Ability to think conceptually and align projects with broader business goals. * Analytical and critical thinking skills to assess complex situations, interpret data, and make informed decisions. * Proficient in navigating complex environments, managing ambiguity, and simplifying multifaceted problems to drive solutions. * Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English. * Native or near-native fluency in Turkish is essential.
