Position: Bilingual Turkish Generalist Expert — AI Safety Type: Contract Compensation: $23–$27/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Write expert-level prompts in Turkish across a range of sensitive subject areas. Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations effectively. Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns. Document the reasoning behind your judgments. Evaluate and strengthen how AI models handle sensitive topics in Turkish . Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model safety . Qualifications Must-Have Native or near-native fluency in Turkish . Business-level written English . A Bachelor's degree , completed or in progress. Strong written reasoning and high attention to detail. Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information. Preferred Based in Türkiye or the wider MENA region. Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content. Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
