We are looking for a Networking & IoT Engineer to strengthen our ambitious global technical support team in Istanbul, Türkiye (on-site). Our team works closely with remote offices across various regions to deliver high-quality support.
Teltonika’s Networking Solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

Please note: This is an on-site position based in Istanbul, Türkiye. There is no remote working model option for this role.
Requirements
What we expect from you:
· Solid understanding of networking principles and technologies.
· App. 2 years experience in technical support, network engineering, pre-sales, or similar roles.
· Experience in 2nd or 3rd line technical support would be considered an advantage.
· Technical or engineering education in networking, telecommunications, IT, electronics, or a related field.
· Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
· Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
· Ability to create clear and structured technical documentation.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience working in an international environment.
· Hands-on experience with Linux based OS, industrial protocols, various networking services and protocols and occasional 3rd party peripherals.
· Certification in CCNA or similar courses would be considered an advantage.
In this role, you will:
· Provide technical support to customers, partners, and integrators using Teltonika Networks products. This involves communication with both customers and our remote support team via a ticketing platform, live and online meetings.
· Self-sufficiently resolve technical issues arising from customer's configuration, firmware/software, other sources.
· Prepare documentation for internal and external use (e.g., Teltonika Wiki).
· Work closely with Headquarter in Lithuania Teltonika, Networks R&D and other departments facilitating the resolution of complex technical challenges.
· Collect customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
