AAA Update Agent

Job Description

• Participates in and completes update processes for chain brands
• Prepares menus for new branches of chain brands
• Ensures procedures in MMT updates
• Checks and updates feedback from other teams
• Supports brand analyses
• Ensures mail tracking

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately perform menu update processes
• Completes assigned tasks on time and without errors
• Ability to use basic reporting tools
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement
• Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
• Contributes to the chain team through individual performance
• Ability to manage and follow up on chain-related email communications
• Able to adapt to high-volume and repetitive workloads
