Do you speak Dutch fluently and enjoy creating great customer experiences? We're looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Care Advisor to join a global team working remotely from Turkey . You'll be the key point of contact for customers, solving challenges, answering questions, and making sure every interaction ends with a positive impression. Your Responsibilities: Communicate with customers in Dutch via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a friendly, professional way. Handle requests efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Collaborate with colleagues and managers to improve customer satisfaction. Stay proactive, organized, and committed to delivering outstanding service. Your Profile: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and proficient in English (B2) . Excellent communication and multitasking skills. A calm and empathetic approach when handling customer concerns. Able to work remotely from within Turkey , with a reliable internet connection. Open to flexible schedules between Monday and Saturday.
