What Youll Do Provide support to customers via inbound calls (emails may be added later). Handle common inquiries such as: o Store locations. o Online returns. o Complaint management. o Checking product stock in stores. o Product reservations (IBS). Breaks: 1 hour daily (within 9-hour schedule). Days off: Sunday + 1 variable day. Training Duration: 2 weeks (weekdays only, weekends off). Hours: 09:0018:00 / 10:0019:00. Format: Online.
