  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred,
  • Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the retail industry,
  • Proven experience managing complex supply chain networks in omnichannel or multi-brand environments,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic, results-driven approach to supply chain optimization,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams effectively,
  • Able to learn and take responsibility quickly and proactively,
  • Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), demand planning tools, and logistics platforms,
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, import / export practices, and international supply chain management,
  • Excellent financial acumen and budget management capabilities,
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

    • RESPONSIBILITIES

    Strategic Supply Chain Leadership

    • Define and lead the end-to-end retail supply chain strategy aligned with corporate goals.
    • Develop long-term supply chain plans to support business growth, scalability, sustainability, and resilience.
    • Drive transformation and continuous improvement across the supply chain function using best practices and innovation.
    • Assess and mitigate supply chain risks, including geopolitical, market, and operational risks.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to align supply chain goals with commercial, financial, and digital strategies.

      • Operations & Optimization

    • Oversee demand forecasting, S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning), replenishment, and stock optimization across stores and channels.
    • Ensure operational excellence in inbound logistics, warehouse management, distribution, and last-mile delivery.
    • Establish service-level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and performance dashboards for real-time monitoring.
    • Optimize cost-to-serve while maintaining product availability, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
    • Lead sustainability efforts across the supply chain, including packaging reduction, CO₂ minimization, and ethical sourcing.
    • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, logistics providers, and third-party partners.
    • Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to optimize costs, mitigate risk, and ensure service quality.
    • Develop supplier performance frameworks and conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment and improvement.

      • Technology & Innovation

    • Lead the digitalization and automation of supply chain processes through ERP, WMS, TMS, and AI-based forecasting tools.
    • Partner with IT to implement new technologies and enhance system integrations.
    • Identify and deploy emerging tools and trends such as predictive analytics, blockchain, and IoT where applicable.
    • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional supply chain team.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, agility, and innovation.
    • Implement talent development programs to build internal capabilities and succession planning.
