Maison Sozio is a historic perfumery founded in 1758 in Grasse, South of France. The role is based in Sozio Turkey, Istanbul Creation Center (Anatolian side).

Overview

The position requires the ability to effectively create original fragrance formulas and conduct detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis of fragrances and products for the Turkish market.

Key Responsibilities

• Fragrance Creation : Develop and create original fragrance formulas, leveraging creativity and understanding of fragrance components to craft scents that align with market trends and customer preferences.
• Fragrance Analysis : Conduct detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis of fragrances. Utilize advanced techniques and instruments to evaluate composition, performance, and stability of fragrances (GCMS).
• Collaboration : Work closely with creative teams in France and Dubai, contributing to the development of new fragrances and ensuring the global creative vision is realized in all products.
• Product Development Support : Collaborate with global perfumers, product development, and marketing teams to ensure successful creation and launch of fragrance products. Provide analytical and creative input during formulation.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all fragrance formulations and analyses meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Stay updated on global regulations and ensure compliance in all fragrance creations.
• Quality Control : Implement and maintain quality control procedures for all fragrance products on samples. Identify and resolve issues related to fragrance quality or performance.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed records of all fragrance creations and analyses, ensuring accurate and accessible data for future reference.
