• Provide professional, friendly, and high-quality spa services to guests.
• Work according to the agreed part-time schedule and assigned shifts.
• Perform massages, body treatments, and facial treatments while always prioritizing guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Identify guests’ individual needs and expectations and provide personalized treatments accordingly.
• Provide guests with polite and professional information about the Spa department and other hotel facilities and services.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized treatment area at all times and ensure that all equipment is used safely and in accordance with hygiene standards.
• Support the promotion and sales of Spa products and services.
• Actively participate, according to the work schedule, in Spa promotional activities, workshops, special events, and guest activities.
• Work collaboratively with receptionists, fitness instructors, and other Spa team members to create a positive and professional working environment.
• Follow all departmental, health & safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Take guest feedback into consideration and contribute to continuously improving the quality of service.

Qualifications

Requirements

• High school diploma, university degree, or equivalent education.
• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Esthetics, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
• Good level of spoken and written English.
• Certification in specialized treatments such as aromatherapy, reflexology, hydrotherapy, or Turkish Hammam is an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in various massage techniques and Spa treatments.
• Friendly, flexible, and guest-oriented personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong teamwork and a professional approach to guest service.
• Responsible, reliable, and solution-oriented.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.
