Job description

We are looking for a Quality & Customer Service Agent to join our Quality & Customer Service in Turkey. The role will report to the Quality & Customer Service Manager and must be a well-organized and stress-resistant team player ensuring that tour operators' inquiries regarding complaints and health and safety are dealt with in a timely, professional, and consistent manner.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate should satisfy the following requirements :

  • Fluent in English / German in reading, writing & speaking
  • B Category driver's license
  • We need well-organized and stress resistend team members, who can answer hotel complaints and check Hotels on Spot
  • Organize the workday according to priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of Hotels in Turkey, Complaint handling, and UKs Health & Safety Regulations
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position (preferably experience in travel agencies).
  • University graduate
  • Good computer skills. (Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and adapt quickly to our in-house operation system)
  • The principle of customer satisfaction, and the ability to solve problems within a customer satisfaction
  • Self Improvement in stress management.
  • Good dictation and good communication skills
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work with people across all departments
  • Customer-oriented and communicative personality with a structured, reliable way of working
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to solve problems within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Suitable for teamwork
