Overview

At Bordeaux Concept, we craft elegant tabletop collections using olive wood and timeless materials. We are looking for a Private Client Manager who will build and maintain personal relationships with our VIP customers and lead one-on-one showroom experiences.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with VIP and private clients
  • Organize and host private showroom appointments
  • Convert meetings into premium sales with personalized service
  • Maintain post-sale communication and satisfaction
  • Represent the brand’s values and product story with elegance

Who You Are

  • Experienced in premium retail or boutique brand sales
  • Highly skilled in personal communication and relationship management
  • Confident in presenting luxury products to a refined clientele
  • Aesthetically sensitive and detail-oriented
  • Fluent in English (Turkish is a plus)
  • Based in Istanbul and flexible with working hours
