About the Role :

We’re looking for an energetic and resourceful Sourcer-Recruiter to help us grow presence in one of the key markets : Vietnam, Turkey, and Asia . You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across multiple functions — from affiliate managers and customer support to marketing, product, and operations roles — all while understanding the nuances and cultural dynamics of each market.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Actively source and engage candidates through social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook groups, local job boards, forums, communities, etc.)
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles in the iGaming industry (affiliate managers, retention / CRM, marketing, VIP managers, support, etc.)
  • Use your deep market understanding to tailor sourcing strategies for one of the specific markets : Vietnam / Turkey / Philippines.
  • Identify where local candidates “live” online and creatively tap into those channels.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide insights on talent availability.
  • Manage outreach campaigns and initial candidate screening.
  • Track metrics, optimize outreach effectiveness, and adapt sourcing strategies as markets evolve.
  • Stay current on local employment trends, salary benchmarks, and cultural sensitivities.

    • The Profile

    What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven experience in recruitment or sourcing, ideally in fast-paced industries (tech, iGaming, digital marketing, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of at least one of the target markets — Vietnam, Turkey, or the Philippines (bonus if you know all three)
  • Creative sourcing skills and ability to dig deep beyond LinkedIn (Telegram groups, Discord, local job platforms, Facebook groups, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Turkish, Vietnamese, or Tagalog is a plus)
  • Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and curiosity about people
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles at once

    • Nice to Have :

  • Background in recruiting for iGaming or affiliate marketing roles
  • Experience using ATS and sourcing tools ( Zoho Recruitment Preferrable.)
  • Previous work in remote or multicultural environments
