Digital Product Operation Manager

Turkey Operation Team has multi sub-team structure to support major business areas in local including product quality, business development, marketing & user growth and data analytics. In order to operate cooperation with HQ Teams, Turkey Operation Team seeks for a Chinese coordinator to support.

Requirements

Key Areas of responsibility will be

• Reinforcing communication channels with HQ Operation, Product and Development Teams
• Escalating critical issues of Petal Search & Petal Maps products
• Grabbing necessary data to deep dive local product situation and needs
• Giving support to local business development managers to understand & handle partner needs including technical solutions and communicates with HQ to derive solution
• Communicating either HQ or region user growth teams for better collaboration
• Increasing the global awareness of Turkish Operation Team by being a bridge between Turkey and HQ Teams
• Good communication in Chinese and English
• Good adaptation to teams with different cultural background
• Good analytical skills
• Know internet product and operation and eager to improve the knowledge
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• 3+ years’ experience in Technology Projects as Project Specialist, Project Manager roles
• Understanding of Partnership Management and User Growth for digital products
