Sanction Scanner -2x Deloitte EMEA Winner & 3x Deloitte Fast 50 Winner- is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to help our customers succeed by troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing technical support and onboarding assistance to customers.
  • Monitoring system functionality and proactively addressing issues before they arise.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting root causes of issues using applications, Grafana, Postman, SQL, etc.
  • Collaborating with customer success, product, and software teams to improve customer experience.
  • Documenting and escalating issues to relevant teams for resolution.
  • Ensuring timely responses and systematic follow-ups on customer queries.
  • Requirements

    What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support for a software product or application.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English and Turkish.
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
  • Experience with SQL and data querying for troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • High sense of responsibility and accountability.
