İş tanımı6+ years of professional experience in software development or machine learning (experience in banking / financial services is a strong plus ). Strong programming skills in Python (PyTorch or TensorFlow). Hands-on experience with LLM projects (fine-tuning, RAG, Hugging Face, LangChain). Solid knowledge of Java and microservice architectures with production experience. Experience with Kubernetes, Docker , and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Proficiency in SQL for data processing. Familiarity with Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and Elasticsearch semantic / hybrid search . Experience in API development (FastAPI). Responsibilities
- Design and implement LLM fine-tuning and RAG pipelines for chatbot and Generative AI use cases.
- Build new AI-powered bots and enhance existing ones for better accuracy and performance.
- Work with vector databases and Elasticsearch to enable semantic and hybrid search capabilities.
- Develop and optimize ML models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow .
- Deploy ML solutions on Java microservice architectures within Kubernetes environments .
- Develop and integrate APIs (FastAPI).
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
