For our Real Estate Controlling Department, we are looking for a Part-time Commercial Specialist.

What are my responsibilities?

Support in :

• General Ledger Controlling & Closing
• Budgeting, forecasting, actual reporting and analysis
• Performance controlling
• Project Controlling : Controlling & monitoring of Investment and maintenance
• Accounting topics and financial certification
• Contract management, pricing, invoicing
