What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior WordPress Developer to help build and maintain Insider’s global website. You’ll be working closely with our Website Development Director and collaborating with design, content, and regional marketing teams to ensure consistent, high-quality digital experiences.This role is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in WordPress development and is eager to grow within a high-performance, fast-moving environment.

You’ll succeed in this role if you :

• Are confident working with WordPress, themes, and page builders
• Have a solid foundation in frontend development (HTML / CSS / JS)
• Enjoy problem-solving and learning from more experienced developers
• Care about clean code, responsive layouts, and user experience
• Are eager to learn about website analytics, user behavior, and how people interact with digital journeys
• Are open to working with non-technical stakeholders and collaborating with global marketing teams
