We’re looking for a results-driven, analytical, and KPI-focused Product Manager. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Technology team to deliver innovative products that are both customer-centric and business-aligned.

What to Expect from the Product Manager Role at VavaCars :

Our core expectations of the Product Manager role are as follows :

• Strategic Planning : Develop and execute a product strategy aligning with the company’s overall vision and business objectives.
• Collaboration : Work closely with related business and tech teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and model requirements.
• Product Development : Lead the end-to-end product development process, including requirement gathering, documentation, prioritization, roadmap creation, and execution. You will be in charge of translating business requirements into User Stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
• Market Analysis : Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the second-hand car sales market.
• Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary point of contact between DS and Pricing team, and other key stakeholders such as C-level executives. Facilitate communication and ensure that all parties are aligned and informed. Having good presentation skills.
• Performance Monitoring : Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with the team to measure the success and impact of pricing strategies. Continuously evaluate performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Innovation : Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies.
• Compliance : Ensure that all pricing strategies comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
