As a Business Support Officer, you are going to provide the EMEA Sales department with Sales support, operational advice and secretary services (as needed) to assist them in performing their duties, and to act as first point of contact with people inside and outside the organization (e.g. Customers).

Key responsibilities :

  • Managing Customer Requests : Being first point of contact interacting with Internal Functions for Customers regarding Sales Support requests, as entry point for handling information, documentation, questionnaires, product quality complaints, sampling and Customer Portal.
  • Providing Administrative Support : Supporting Sales Team on systems / processes, sales contracts, documents, presentations, signatures, folder maintenance, organizing customer visits and marketing events, meeting minutes, sales statistics extractions & analysis, internal invoices.
  • Providing Facility Service : Providing administrative, secretarial support, office supplies, arranging meetings & external events, travel & accommodation, welcoming guests.

  • You bring :

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in related areas (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service) considered in lieu of degree
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet portals
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP – Sales & distribution modules) and CRM systems are required
  • Supporting Functions / Customer Service experience are nice to have. Attention to details is needed.
  • Very good command (written & verbal) of English, Russian language knowledge is nice to have.
  • Soft skills : Accurate, reliable, solution-oriented and customer friendly communication styleA self-starter and team player with ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines & minimum supervision in a flexible and open-minded mannerStrong interpersonal & problem-solving skills and able to work effectively under multi-cultural environment.
